关于毕业办理的几个问题
今年要办毕业了，可是有几个问题还不清楚，去了自考办回答的也和没回答一下，只能请教一下大家啦，要是有知道的大虾，请告诉我吧，多谢大家啦1.我在写那个表的时候，有一个要求是要用黑色签字笔填写，可是我头儿用得是兰色的，我当时也没有提醒他，是不是还要他重新写呢？
2.还有一个特别奇怪的地方，我办得是本科的毕业，其中应该是用婚姻法（一）来代婚姻家庭法，可是系统里面代出来的却是专科的中国法制史，我现在应该在填表的时候填什么呢？
3.北京自考办的电话换了，换成一个“16”打头的呢，可是我没记下电话号码，谁能知道说一声吧
